Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on design complexity and material requirements.
For custom orders, we provide digital proofs for your approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof. No refunds will be issued for products made according to approved proofs.
Production times vary by product:
Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta by appointment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom Laser Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing design files that meet our specifications. We will notify you if files need to be corrected.
By submitting designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use all content, including logos, images, and text. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement.
We retain design files for 2 years to facilitate reorders. Files may be deleted after this period.
We maintain high quality standards for all products. Minor variations in color, finish, or size are normal and do not constitute defects.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.
